MTG: Volcanic Vision

From the art brief: "Here we see a FEMALE HUMAN ATARKA-CLAN SHAMAN who is standing on a small island made of volcanic glass in the middle of the crater. Fountains of lava are surging around her, but they are not splashing onto her. She is in the midst of a ritual to invoke the elemental spirits and watching the patterns of the lava."

This was so interesting to work on. In addition to the in-universe references, I looked at many photos of Mongolian shamans, dramatically lit yak fur, obsidian rocks, etc.
